Formation is not a classroom programme. It is the journey every person walks inside a Sceptre Community — from
the moment they arrive to the moment they lead others.
Structured. Intentional. Built around the life of the community itself.
Formation in a Sceptre Community develops a person in eight interconnected areas — so that growth is whole, not just spiritual knowledge. Every person touches each pathway at every stage of their journey.
Formation progresses through five levels — each building on the last. Movement from one level to the next is confirmed by a steward, not just measured by time. Progression is tied to genuine growth, not attendance.
All formation begins with a 12-week Induction — regardless of where a person comes from or what they already know. This is not remedial. It is the foundation everything else rests on.
Each programme develops a person across all eight pathways — so that qualification is not just a measure of knowledge, but of who the person is becoming inside their community.
Formation is not self-directed. Every step is accompanied — by your community, your steward, and the structure of the programme itself.
