Ichebo Christian Services

A Kingdom
governance agency.

Ichebo Christian Services is the agency responsible for the Kingdom Governance System — the framework from which the Sceptre Community Programme and the Ichebo Platform emerge.

We are not a technology company that discovered the church. We are practitioners who carry the same mandate as the communities we serve — and who grew tired of the absence of the tools to act on it properly.

Where This Began

A faith that is not
afraid. Not ashamed.

Ichebo Christian Services did not begin as a platform idea or a governance project. It began as a conviction — that the body of Christ is capable of far more than it is currently producing, and that the gap between what is possible and what is happening is not a spiritual failure.

It is a structural one. And structural problems have structural solutions.

The Kingdom Governance System is the result of years of sustained theological engagement — not imported management theory, but the recovery and translation of the early church's operational architecture into a coherent framework for the present age.

The Sceptre Community Programme is how that framework is lived. The Ichebo Platform is how it is managed. And this — all of this — began with a question about what faith could look like if it were taken seriously at the level of structure, not just spirit.

The Preamble — Kingdom Governance System

Imagine a faith that is not afraid.

A faith that is not ashamed.

Imagine a faith that has real liberty.

Imagine a faith that makes you have real life experiences.

For too long, fear has held us back. We have hesitated to explore for ourselves who Jesus truly is. We have been cautious, waiting for others to define our faith instead of stepping forward to discover the depth of a personal relationship with Him.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is not a borrowed belief — it is a living truth that brings healing, not only to our hearts but to entire communities. It restores, renews, and strengthens.

How It Is Structured

Three layers.
One movement.

Ichebo Christian Services operates through a clear three-layer order — each layer serving and enabling the one below it.

1
The Framework
Kingdom Governance System

The institutional framework. The theological and governance architecture from which everything else is derived. It defines the principles, structure, roles, formation pathways, and operational patterns of a Kingdom movement — drawn from the apostolic patterns of the early church, not from imported management theory.

2
The Programme
Sceptre Community Programme

The living expression of the framework. The programme through which communities are formed, governed, and connected — beginning with the smallest gathering of three or more people and building outward through neighbourhoods, districts, provinces, and nations. The framework made flesh in local communities.

3
The Platform
Ichebo Platform

The digital infrastructure that makes the programme manageable at scale. Governance records, formation tracking, community management, live and on-demand video, and network connection — across Desktop, Mobile, and Web. The platform mirrors the organic structure of the programme faithfully — it extends community life, it does not replace it.

The framework is the authority. The programme is the life. The platform is the tool. In that order, always.

The Founder

Built by someone
who carries the
same mandate.

Larry Mwansa is the founder and principal leader of Ichebo Christian Services and the architect of the Kingdom Governance System. The KGS framework is the result of years of sustained theological engagement with the apostolic organisational patterns of the New Testament.

As the sole developer of the Ichebo Platform, Larry Mwansa brings both the governance domain expertise and the technical implementation together in one person — ensuring that no translation loss occurs between what the framework requires and what the platform delivers.

This is not a product built by a team that studied the church from the outside. It is built by someone who has led communities, wrestled with the absence of institutional tools, and decided that if the tools did not exist — they would have to be built.

"This was not built by people who discovered the church as a market. It was built by people who carry the same mandate — and grew tired of the absence of the tools to act on it."
